I provide professional psychological advice, support and intervention for a wide range of different needs, stretching across both learning and behaviour, although I have a particular focus on supporting children in schools.
I am available for work directly with schools, local authorities and also direct work with children and families.
Core to my belief system is that all children are capable and able to make good progress with the correct identification of need and targeted intervention.

Why use an Educational Psychologist?
Educational Psychologists can work in many different ways to support children, families and schools through an increasingly demanding and complex educational system.
I have significant experience and expertise when working with schools in a highly supportive way in order to accurately identify a child's needs and develop a bespoke plan to support children. I am able to offer training and supervision to school staff which will enable them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to enable children to make progress.
Many schools also use their Educational Psychologist as an external source of advice on a range of systemic issues relating to school such as the development of behaviour and literacy policies, impact of school environment on pupils, advice regarding current legislation and the SEN code of practice and so on.
Good psychologists can represent an invaluable resource to schools, families and young people.
My goal is to ensure that children and young people receive the support they need through accurate identification and tailored intervention.
